Radio Shack goes pretty well, Ax finding parts that approximate what he needs well enough, other than a Z-Space transponder. Good thing too, because while he sort of managed the order by copying what he overheard other people saying, he definitely does not know about money yet, so they have to buy his latte for him.Īx is incredibly delighted by the discovery of his sense of taste, as well as by the revelation that the cup has a hole! Ax learns in rapid succession about escalators and Starbucks, and the other boys catch up to him just as he’s ordering a double latte. Ax gets the shenanigans off to an early start by wandering off while Jake and Marco are trying to locate the Radio Shack. Saturday at the mall: clearly an excellent setting for shenanigans.
